Jackie, I do so agree about Techno-Vision customer service. They looked after me very well both with my Eureka and even more so with my Robotron Rainbow. One of their Engineers, Kevin, was a regular visitor to my previous home, and he would not depart until things worked as he wanted them to. Those were the days. When I had my Eureka, and she needed a ROM upgrade or new battery, the old girl was back with me within a week. I'd likely send her down on a Monday, and she was back on my desk by late Thursday morning. You can't say fairer than that can you?
