Hi Tony

I can tell you one thing, in all seriousness, that Techno-Vision were
superb at supporting customers, and doubtless still are. When I had my
Eureka, and she needed a ROM upgrade or new battery, the old girl was
back with me within a week. I'd likely send her down on a Monday, and
she was back on my desk by late Thursday morning. You can't say fairer
than that can you?

Sorry, silly season! *smile*
