Hmmmm! I used to receive their catalogue by email, then it began to arrive on
disk, and more recently has come in print. What's going on I wonder! -

I have no idea whether postage was paid or not, but I too also received a
print copy of their catalogue a few weeks ago.

Scott, just something to bear in mind with Tapesense that happened to me
recently.

Normally, I get an Email version of their catalogue, which is fine. But
about three weeks ago, I got a card through my door asking me to go to the
Sorting Office to collect something that someone had sent which hadn't got
enough postage on it. My son ran down there for me as it is only at the bottom
of our street. When he came in, he said: "Mum. This envelope has your name
and address printed on it correctly, but someone has written Articles for the
Blind in ink." The Post Office realised it wasn't a genuine Articles for the
Blind label on the envelope, so had charged my son £1.40 to cover the unpaid
postage.

When I opened the envelope, quite bewildered at who could have sent this, I
discovered a print Tapesense catalogue. When I rang them, they were very
apologetic, but I told them in no uncertain terms that they had been out of
order to firstly send me print anyway as a blind person, and secondly that they
should always ensure their postage costs are paid.

    Just thought I'd warn you.

    Jackie

      thanks,

      Scott
