yes it is accessible.
when you turn on the spirit level you get beeping sounds that change in tone
and when the item is level it will go silent.
but it has another feature while in this mode which is even better as if you
didn't want something level but at a specific angle you press the button to the
right of the power button and it will speak the angle, so for example i'm
currently building new garden fences and when i am concreteing in the posts i
can place the tape king against the post and i can tell when the post is
exactly 90 degrees.
