[access-uk] Talks help.

I have just acquired a Nokia C5, but unfortunately Talks thinks he's at the
races so my questions are just 2.
1. Could someone kindly give me the steps for slowing Talks down.
2. Also how to alter the volume.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
