Surely TALKS is a piece of access technology, therefore it should be discussed.
There may be others not on the talks list who need to talk about it's access.
Should we have a list for every piece of technology? If you not interested in
talks, then, when you read the subject line "talks", delete it.

  Hi Chris and Eleanor.

If you don't mind, please refrain from discussing talks on this list as well
as the official talks mailing list of which you are both members. I have
removed myself from the aforementioned list because of the monumental number of
emails and do not wish to have a repeat experience here. Should you wish to
discuss talks, please do so on the official list.
