Hi again Ian.
My battery and wireless talking watch came from the RNIB. I don't know where
my brother purchased his from but I'd bet it to was purchased from the RNIB.
It's possible I suppose that the RNIB stock Cobolt watches, but I don't know.
All I know Ian is that my battery watch sounds much better than my brothers
watch.
Very best wishes.
Andy Logue.

From your description that sounds like the standard Cobolt voice so I don’t
think alternatives would be likely.

Hi all.
I currently have the battery type wireless watch, which I purchased from
the RNIB for about £35.
My brother has a newer model which is wireless and solar powerd. This cost
him about £65.00.
I met up with him recently and wanted to have a look at his new watch and
the voice was awful. It was a Lord Snooty type of English voice which I know
would ddrive me along with all of my English friends up here in Kilcreggan,
absolutely crazy.
If anyone has the watch that I'm referring to could you tell me if there
perhaps other voices available within the watch that I can select?
Very best wishes.
