Sorry, Steve, this is direct from the Cobolt website.

Portable Talking Multi Function Radio

This revolutionary new portable AM/FM talking clock radio has been designed specifically for the visually impaired and is extremely easy to use. All functions are spoken and, if you wish, you can record station names in your own voice. This enables you to tune in to saved stations by listening to their names i.e. "BBC World Service", "Classic FM" etc. Supplied with an adjustable/removable strap and a protective cover which prevents accidental changing of settings, in the same way as is used on our calendar alarm clocks.

A set of cables is available seperately to enable the radio to control a recorder if required.

Powered by: 4 x AA Alkaline batteries or the mains adaptor (included - for U.K. Europe or U.S.A.).
Size: 235mm - 9.25" (W) x 175mm - 6.88" (H) x 120mm - 4.72" (D).

Cheers,
Sandra.
