I can't recommend one with an English male voice. However, I have one with an
English female voice which is very acceptable to listen to. It's from Cobalt .

Does anyone know where I can buy a talking watch with a male English voice?
All the RNIB and Cobolt watches seem to have an American female with a
screaching voice which is painful to the ears.
