Hi, as RNIB  think it is cheap to put speech chips into things, should they 
not be working with heating control companies to produce one? This would 
need to be available to the trade rather than to individuals so think that 
would be a better route, and they do needto demonstrate thae process can be 
simple if that is really the case. I'm sure Daniel would be a good enough 
voice for full TTS but if it only has to read key words and numbers, that's 
really simple.
