Cobolt systems used to sell one, appears to be discontinued. Could be
worth giving them a ring.

You can buy talking phones that have this feature though.

Subject: [access-uk] Talking Caller ID?

Hello all.
Does such a device still exist? My provider supports this capability at
no extra cost, so my home phone can support it.
I remember a talking caller ID from a few years ago, but don't know if
it is still available.
Many thanks in advance.
Take care.
