Hi Alison

If you have IOS 13 installed, when you open the camera app, it usually lands
on the 'Take picture' button.  Swipe left to 'Camera mode'.  Yours will say
"Video mode".  When you land on that, swipe down and it will change to
'Photo'.  Swipe right again to take picture and you're ready.

Cheers

Barry

Subject: [access-uk] Taking a photo with an iPhone

My friend gave me a rose bush which is absolutely full of blooms and I
wanted to send her a photo of it, but when I go to the Camera app on my
iphone, I only seem to be able to make videos. How does one take a photo on
an iPhone?

Alison
