Hi Carol.
The retailer in question has a model the RNIB aren't selling directly,
however it can be upgraded to take speech via a firmware download from the
TVonics website. It would be a good option to go down if you were tight on
funds, however bare in mind also that you'd have to buy the audio
description remote from TVonics, so you can add another £15 to the cost of
the setup.
