When I've had this problem with scheduled recordings not taking place, removing
the power cable fixes it.

I’ve set up a FundMe account to help cover the ongoing costs of my PhD. I’d be
very grateful if you’d consider donating. Thank you!

Hi Garry.

Occasionally, people do report this problem with their boxes. A factory reset
can sometimes help to resolve the issue, This option is available in the
service menu. This will not erase your recordings. Give that a try and let us
know if it works.

cheers,

Mo.

Hi all,

My TVONICS recorder seems to have developed a strange problem in that
it will no longer make scheduled recordings.

It goes through the motions saying "creating a timer..."  and "...
scheduledfor recording" but no recording is made.  Instant recording
works fine so I am inclined to think that there is a problem with its
internal clock/timer.

Has anyone come across this problem and know of a fix for it?

Thanks for any help

Gary
