[access-uk] TVONICS missing file

I reset my TVONICS rceiver/recorder and the tex to speech file has gone.
The message keeps saying "can not locate text to speech file." It doesn't say 
it it just appear on screen.
It directs me to the website but that doesn't help.
This came from the ~RNIB preloaded any advice?
