From the site George mentioned and on the RNIB site, it sounds to me as if it
depends on the equipment that is connectted to the digital box and not the box
itself apart from it not having the capability to record. If you connect a hi
fi or speakers and no other device that can display images is connected to the
box then you don't need a licence.
