That's useful Terry and thanks very much. When I saw the potential set I'm going to buy this afternoon it was quite commical when they tried to find the AD option. It turned out they had the set on analogue channels! It does seem that at least one of the sales guys was told about the Audio description facility by a Panasonic rep, and even shown where it was located, but he had a bit of a search on his hands none the less. The default volume being set to zero is certainly worth knowing about. Ray the panasonic models clearly have a menu item titled AD, however to hear it you'll need to make sure the dealer understands that he neesd to go in and increase the ad vollume which to start out with is on zero percent. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ray's Home" <rays-home@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Access-Uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, April 18, 2008 1:40 PM Subject: [access-uk] TV Audio description: any AD late afternoon - early evening? > Might seem a bit of a strange one this, but I'll explain.
