What about moving around with the screen reader's virtual mouse?

Subject: [access-uk] TRUE CRYPT

Hi, I've been looking at this programme, and am struggling with the
instruction to:
"Move your mouse as randomly as possible within the Volume Creation Wizard
window at least for 30 seconds. The longer you move the mouse, the better.
This significantly increases the cryptographic strength of the encryption
keys (which increases security)."
Any ideas of how to do this with a screenreader?
Thanks.
