I had the same trouble but didn't know what it was. I sent a message to their technical boffs and got a message back suggesting that my IE settings were wrong. No mention of a second basket nor how to use it. I stopped using Tesco's. Sainsbury's is a little more expensive but their choice is better and their service is much better. Problem is we don't even think to look for it and I only vaguely thought I saw it once. I wonder if others have missed it. If enough of us do then I might just start talking to Tesco to find out just how it works and whether we really *MUST* have it. Cheers Audrey, and thanks. -- Carol carol.pearson@xxxxxxxxxxxx ----- Original Message ----- From: "Audrey Tonge" <audrey.tonge@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, September 05, 2006 1:18 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: THAT MISSING BASKET AT TESCO . . .. > HI Carol, > > Yes, it's called full basket.
