We all have to pay a licence fee, even if it is only half of it, so a
headline program like that should have tests that are inclusive. In a time
when we can't even access all of radio any more because we can't use any
text with digital services etc we really need to ramp things up here I
think. They are supposed to have universal coverage, so they can bloody well
try and make things accessible, otherwise, I think organisations like RNIB
would be justified in campaigning for the abolition of the licence fee and
therefore the BBC in its current format.
