Hello Andrew,

I bought mine last week from Hagger electronics. It is compact and fits into a pocket. the voice prompts are very clear in a female human-like voice. It comes with batteries, AC adaptor (not for charging batteries) and audio CD instruction manual. there is a learning mode and context-sensitive help relating to the function you have selected. the voice prompts can be turned off for sighted users but this doesn't disable stored alarms in the diary and you can still record notes in the notepad. It has a qwerty keyboard which is very small but it is quite easy to learn where the keys are. You can purchase an optional PC data kit so you can synchronise with MS Outlook and send voice messages from one TADI to another.

Best wishes,
