I know there's been some interest on this list in the TADI talking
organiser from Varisite. Apparently there's a review of it at

Haven't read the review myself as yet. One thing I would comment on is
the battery life. Six months is claimed in the manual. And six months
is pretty much what you get. I last put new ones in mine in late June
or early July and they're still going.
