Peter, I found that things could go wrong if you are too quick in moving on
to the next stage.  If I remember correctly George and Steve made helpful
comments on this point.

I can now get through to the screen where you choose either to have the
Trial or to log in with your account and Pin, but unfortunately I still find that
doing the latter occasionally loads only the time limited trial.
