As I said , exit your screen reader completely before you run satogo. Do not attempt to have both running at once. When it suggests exit screen readedr it means exit it completely. If thescreenreader is running at this point, I get the usual message asking if I wish to run or save the file and I am able to tab to run. ----- Original Message ----- From: David Dick To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, August 26, 2007 6:46 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: System access to go I'm not sure of your problem, but if you use Hal for instance you have to exit the screen reader at the appropriate point So go to Internet explorrer and using CTRL letter o, type in www.satogo.com Do NoT press enter yet Now exit your screen reader, not silence it but quit Usually it will warn you that quitting the screen reader will silence speach. Spot on. Now press enter again and it will load in satogo and it will start talking. Follow the prompts as requested and take time, it works perfectly well at least for me. I use xp home and a vertion of Hal.
