The problem isthat when I press alt r it does nothing for me. If
thescreenreader is running at this point, I get the usual message asking if I
wish to run or save the file and I am able to tab to run.

I'm not sure of your problem, but if you use Hal for instance you have to
exit the screen reader at the appropriate point

  So

go to Internet explorrer and using CTRL letter o, type in www.satogo.com
  Do NoT press enter yet

Now exit your screen reader, not silence it but quit

Usually it will warn you that quitting the screen reader will silence speach.
 Spot on.
Now press enter again and it will load in satogo and it will start talking.
Follow the prompts as requested and take time, it works perfectly well at
least for me. I use xp home and a vertion of Hal.

  Kind Regards
  David Dick

I am still having problems getting into system access to go without the
asistance of my screenreader. Is anyone else on the list who is testing this
particular application having similar problems?
