HI Darran, Have you looked to see if "hide inactive icons" is checked in the properties area of the Start Menu? This is the most likely reason I can think of for the problem. I've obviously changed some setting or other on my system, as its not acting normally within the system tray. Previously, when I brought up the system tray, if I entered on a programme, I would see options relevant to that programme, things like configure, options, exit, etc etc. Now all I get is stuff like you would expect to see for desktop settings. Things about arranging icons and graphics settings, for example. Can anyone suggest what I've tampered with to bring this change about? I'm an Xp user.
