Hi Graham, The Start Up submenu on the All Programs menu of your account and the All Users account should give you this information. Though I find that many of the programs that start when Windows starts are not listed there. As well there are a few tools you can install that give you this info more accurately. I think that there was one on the whitestick.co.uk website.
