Hi Robin, I can't be sure, but it sounds like your firewall whatever one you are using, is blocking System Access from working. Check that there is no window coming up from your firewall asking you to allow it. If there is, check the option that says remember this decision or whatever it is, then hit yes, you want to allow it. When I load System Access To Go I get to options yes and no both seem to close it down and there is a continuous sound, the only thing then I can do is to reboot. When I choose yes I get a screen to login which I do with my registration key and pass code, which tels me I am loggin ok. When I press continue It closes down and the repiting sound starts again.
