Glad you get it sorted. BTW, the manual I have is the original one by Tissot.
Maybe that's why it's clearer, and, it's in audio format.

Cheers,

Thanks. I do have the RNIB manual but I didn't realize that setting the
hands to 12 would mean the watch would then sort itself out correctly to the
time shown by the vibrations. Its frustrating having to set the hands but then
very clever how it all sorts itself out from there.

Well Dean, if I understand the instructions correctly, you only need to
wait for 10 seconds after you finish synchronising the hours and minutes hands
for the watch to resume working. But it seams that you need to move both hands
to the 12 o'clock position regardless of the time which the watch is set to. So
set both hands on the 12 o'clock position and wait for 10 seconds, after then
the hands will move to the correct time then the watch will resume working as
it should. Again this is my interpretation... Do you have the audio manual? I
can send you the relevant track if you want.

      Hi,

I'm hoping someone with one of the vibrating Tissot watches can reply.

I've been trying to syncrinize the hands with the vibration time

which blind people use to tell the time, it is only 10 minutes

out. When I hold the button in for 10 seconds until I get a second

vibration I get sighted help to set the hands and it is

fine. However then if i leave it for 10 seconds it goes back to the

old time. If I press the button instead of waiting, which was what I

did originally, the hands go back to the original time. Can anyone

tell me how to confirm and keep the time I have set the hands

to? The manual tells me how to move the hands but gives no idea

regarding confirmation on how to keep the set time.

      Thanks

      Dean
