[access-uk] Switching to outlook 2k3

Hiya guys,
I'm going to switch to the above from Outlook Express, but before I do I've
a few questions.
Is anyone using backup software for Outlook? One of the major things I like
about Outlook Express is I have an app that lets me wrap all my OE stuff up
into one file, that's every single thing, rules, accounts, mailboxes,
address book, even IE favourites.
Pop that onto a pen drive, change to another machine and extract.
I want to have that flexibility with Outlook, is this possible?
Also how has the import tool worked for people?
