I'll back up Barry on this prog. It's simple and effective. Chris posted some instructions on how to use it that I copied. If you want them, just let me know and I'll post to the list again. Clears cookies, and lots of other Caches. In there you'll find a folder called cookies. Select all the files with control a and press delete. You'll get a message from windows asking you if you want to delete them. Say yes. The only file in there it won't delete is index.dat. Alternatively, if you let me have your email address I'll send you the programme I use to clear my cookies. My email address is johncoley@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx John.----- Original Message -----From: Christine Weetman <mailto:goatmum@xxxxxxx> To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, August 24, 2010 5:22 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Swap file help please How do you clear out cookies pPlease? In Control Panel. To set thesevalues, click System, click Advanced system settings , and then click Settings under Performance. Typically 1.5 times your installed RAM is the number most home-users need. How much RAM do you have int hat machine? It may be an idea to upgrade.
