Yes Steve I would agree with all of that re magnification in Supernova and Jaws. I have no experience of Window Eyes.

Hi Eleanor,

Actually, you are right. This does not work too well in Hal, but then I
always thought Hal was a pretty poor cousin to magnification. Supernova's
mag is great, but in some areas, Hal speech is pretty poor, compared to
Window-Eyes and JAWS.

All the best

Steve

Hi Christopher and other Hal and Supernova users. I want to know how I can
sort my Favourites in Internet Explorer using the keyboard rather than
visually. I know to go to Organize Favourites and I am OK except I do not
know how to jump from the options, Move, Delete etc to my list of
Favourites. Even when I am doing it visually and click on one of the
Favourites to place it in a folder as I highlight it, it is not announcing
in speech what I have highlighted. I think it is saying something like left

mouse button. When I know what I am on visually I am OK about alt+m to move

and then choosjing my folder. I then need to jump back to those individual favourites again and have tried using tab and ctrl+tab but these keystrokes
do not work.

Thanks in advance.

I have also joined the e-mail users list for Dolphin that you gave
Christopher.

Eleanor

Hello,

There is an e-mail list for users of Dolphin products, but mostly
discussions are about Hal/SN. To join, send a blank e-mail to:

dolphinusers-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This list is not run by Dolphin, but many of the Dolphin staff are
list members and take part in discussions.

I am a Hal user and always find the list most helpful.

Cheers,

Christopher

Hi
I notice that most people are Jaws users. Are there any of you who
are Supernova users or Hal perhaps as I would like to ask questions
from time to time re Supernova speech and keyboard comands.
