[access-uk] Supanet newsgroups problem

Hi all,
I am trying to set up a newsgroups account on supanet and although the
support people are helpful enough, I am getting the following error when I
try to log on to download the list of newsgroups.
Code: 800ccc0e
Can anyone tell me what is wrong, since although I have changed from pay as
you go to a monthly billed account I can not see any reason why I would have
this problem.

** and in the Subject line type
** unsubscribe
** For other list commands such as vacation mode, send a message, to
** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
