hi all,
following up on my message from a few weeks ago regarding that it
appeared as if you would have to either purchase or subscribe to the
premium version of the Sunu app to obtain full functionality of the
place finder feature of the band i finally received a reply from the
company after several emails to them, but i'm not sure their answer
clarifies the situation.
i had previously sent some lengthy emails without reply but then just
sent a short one asking:
"can you let me know what the cost is for upgrading to the find my place
premium, thanks."
they replied:
Hi Pete, Update your Sunu App, It should allow you to use all the features
of the place finder without the Premium feature. Best, Ticket:

as you can see they only say update the app and it should allow you to
use all the features.
if they had said it will allow you to use all the features i would be
more convinced but although i would like to get the Sunu band i'm not
willing to purchase it until i get a more deffinate answer as to if you
need to pay out more money to get all the features.
if anyone has purchased one of these could they confirm if they get full
functionality in the guidance part of the app or is it restricted as
stated on the Sunu website to only 3 catagories and no haptic feed back
when pointing your arm in the correct direction of the next turn on the
route.
