so to pick up on Jackie's point the only way for her to listen would be to take 
over the TV and listen to them on SKY?
My point here is that Radio Five-Live is a  BBC service.
The BBC should be asked why they can not provide an a  method for people to 
listen to public provided services in areas where DAB is not working.Having 
dealt with rights issues the obligation is on the provider to solve this 
Surely a  letter to the BBC Trust,OfCom and MP could start the ball rolling?

    Could somebody clarify this issue for me.
    Is the problem that these programs are not streamed live so it is 
impossible to receive them on any computer?
    Or is it the I-Phone which is having problems?
