Hi Andy,

That usually means that either your motherboard drivers need updating, or
the BIOS.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Strange USB connection message

Hi all -

When I connect my new all in one printer scanner to my lap top via USB, I
get the following message:
"this device can perform faster if you connect it to a 2.0 USB port. For a
list of available pports, click here"

This is a new lap top, and I would assume it's USB ports are 2.0, so why
this message I wonder? -

Andy
