[access-uk] Re: Still problems with attachments

Sorry, Chris, I should have said that this happens with attachments I send to
anyone. In other words, I daren't send anything with audio or pictures to any
of my friends. Even tried sending them to myself with the same result.

This perplexes me.

Best wishes,

Joan.

  Hi,
Perhaps the recipient told their e-mail client to break apart messages larger
than a specific size. By default Outlook Express sets this to 60 KB per
account. If you ask your friend to go into their account settings and look for
an option that is related to this, and uncheck this, that should solve the
problem. Since you didn't indicate your friend's e-mail client, I can't give
the specific details. Hope that helps.

    Hi, Folks,

I queried this before but I'm hoping someone can think of a solution to
this problem.

When I try sending attachments containing audio files or pictures, the
recipient gets up to 20 copies of an email but no attachment or one which can't
be opened.

Is there something I can do to sort this out?

    Best wishes,

    Joan.
