[access-uk] Start and Task Bar

I did something, do not know what, think I did it with the mouse. Now the
Start button is up higher than bottom left of screen and the task bar is much
deeper. for example all my icons have gone on to 2 lines rather than one and
the clock now displays on one line the date day and on the other line the time.
How can I put it back please? Thanks.
