Hi all,

I am replying to myself as what I initially wrote in the message to which I am replying was slightly incorrect and the problem is now solved.

As I said in my original message I thought the problem was that I had already downloaded the updates, however on reading the date more closely, I notice they were actually for today, which means that the reason I was getting what they call "bad checksum" was more than likely because the server from which I wanted to download the updates was causing me problems.

However, as I said above, the problems are now solved and the spybot updates are now installed, therefore I will not require any further advice on this problem.
