There are Spotify scripts for JAWS from www.spotifyblind.com/. However, they are not free and my experience is they are not altogether a success. You see how much you are missing when you use Spotify on an iDevice. With these scripts, you can do searches, create playlists and, if you are willing to use the JAWS cursor and the OCR component of JAWS, you can listen to albums. In short, with JAWS it can be done, but it isn't nearly as straightforward as it should be. Spotify has been very poor in making the PC version of its offering accessible.

Does anyone use Spotify successfully with screen reader? I was just
wondering, not being a Spotify user, I have been thinking lately that
it may be more economical for me to subscribe to Spotify on a monthly
basis and get all the music that I want rather than purchasing
downloads from iTunes. It would probably work out cheaper for me this
way!
Kind regards
Richard
