[access-uk] Splitting mp3 file into many?

Good morning all,
I have several mp3 files which I wish to split them into smaller files. For
example, I wish to split this file into individual mp3 files at the end of
each sentence. I do not mind going through each file and cutting them with
goldwave. But I am sure there is a way of doing this more efficiently by
placing marker at the points I wish to split from and process the markers
from there.
Anyone can suggest anything please?
