Actually, Chris, it's not.  My fault for not explaining properly.  In spell 
check  there is a button called Auto correct.  It is this button that I 
wanted to know about.

Actually, this is useful for blind people. I think what you're referring
to Barry is the spell check as you type feature in Word, whereby the
misspelled word is underlined in red, which the major screen readers can
recognize and therefore report it as misspelled. FYI, Word can also
automatically check grammar errors. It does this by placing the
incorrect grammar through a green underline, which again the major
screen readers recognize and therefore will report it as a grammatical
error. Hope this is what you're looking for.
