Hi guys.

I am a new Kurzweil 10 user, and seem to be experiencing an issue with
OL 2002 and speech Recognition. At least once per User Session, Outlook
advises me that it can't open Speech Recognition files, and asks me if I
want to install this feature. Since I don't use Speech Recognition or
indeed really understand it, I say no.
Due to the fact I've only been getting this since installing KW 10, and
I didn't come across any relevant articles in Outlook's Online help or
the MS KB, I suspected it was doing something in the background. However
upon contacting Kesi Tech support, I was advised in no uncertain terms
that this was not the case. Although its no big deal I suppose clicking
a button, I'd be interested in getting to the bottom of it all the same

Regards,

Mark
