[access-uk] Spam

Hi all.
For months now I've been receiving dozens of Returned Mail messages and have
simply been deleting them. They have come from sources with names like
Postmaster, Mail Delivery System, Mailer Demon and Content Filter.
I have just purchased a new computer and a copy of NOD 32 and I'm even still
getting such messages on that machine
Both my new and old computers are attached to a Router via Inthernet cables
and my wife has a computer upstairs connected wirelessly. The Router is a
Belkin and I think that even this has an anti-virus device on-board
I've also had AVG Anti-Virus but still these messages are getting through.
Do I need a Firewall? If so, can anyone recommend an accessible one please.
