Hi BJ.

There are various folders that contain temporary files. You could try clearing the temporary folder inside the windows folder. You could also try running disk clean up. The issue some people find with dropbox is if they're sharing folders with people, all it takes is someone to be dumping a load of files in 1 of your folders and it fills up. I know you have smart sync turned on, but sometimes it doesn't apply to all folders. I would go into your user folder, alt enter on dropbox and leave it for a minute or so. Then try to read the size. It'll take it a minute or so to scan the folder and calculate the size. If none of that makes a difference, drop me a text or something and I could connect and take a look.

Cheers,

Mo.

Hi guys,

I have a modest SSD in my laptop. I have an external drive and use DropBox
Smart Sync. So, apart' from a handful of programmes and my core collection of
documents, there's not much else on my actual laptop. However, I only have
around 7Gb of space!

Can someone give me some idea what to do. Is there a way to find out where all
my space has buggered off to?

Many thanks,

BJ
