[access-uk] Soundcard recommendation

Hello all,
Can I have some advice about which soundcard is best suited for all round use,
using with JFW and Vista.
It is the computer I was looking at, and have concluded the on-board sound is
gone; as all drivers are ok and the only sound from the speakers is the
occasional crackle, starting up and shutting down.
All of the boxes are unmuted and volume is turned up etc.
