[access-uk] SoundForge 8 and wave devices

Would really appreciate if someone could help out with this, I've just
installed SF8B. In previous versions it was possible to select my
SoundBlaster Live or USB Audio device in the wave tab instead of the default
Microsoft sound mapper. How do I do this in SF8 - in the audio tab the only
choices are Microsoft sound mapper, sound mapper left and sound mapper
right.ta
