What format is the file in that you're trying to convert? You're doing the
right thing so maybe SoundTaxi can't convert whatever format that file is
in.

Hi all -
How do I start the conversion to mp3 from within Sound Taxi please? I select
the file to convert, then using the JAWS cursor, I click on convert, and get
the message launching, and after a short time, get the message "error,
conversion wasn't started within 60 seconds." How do I get it to work?
