Sharon, Once you're in the data range you want to sort, it's Alt, H, S to open the sort menu, then choose Custom Sort. That will open a dialogue with your focus on the OK button. There are two things to note with this dialogue: 1. You need to press Shift + Tab to get to the sort field and then Tab to get into the first criterion - it's a weird one in that pressing Shift + Tab followed by Tab doesn't put you back where you started. 2. As you Tab through the three fields for the sort criterion, you won't hear all of the column headers. The first is the column you want to sort by, the second is the value you want to sort by, and the third is the order. JAWS only gives you part of this information, but it's enough for you to work out which is which. Once you've filled in the first criterion, Tab around to the Add Level button and press it. You'll get no feedback that this has worked, but if you then Tab to the sort field, you'll be on the second criterion. At this point you can UpArrow to the first criterion if you want to change it, or Tab through the second one and create it. I'm trying to sort a spread sheet in Excel 2010. I want column A to be sorted and then by column B. I had this off to a fine art in Excel 2007 but for some reason can't work it out in Excel 2010. Could someone kindly help me out. Thanks.
