I also own a pair of the Sony headphones and I have to say that, from a
personal point of view, I've yet to find any that sound better. I tried the
Bose but found the sound a little too bright and bass shy. I tend to stick
to blue tooth when using the Sonys and you can, of course, use the ambience
and noise cancelling features in blue tooth as well as wired. Haven't tried
Steve's AKG but would like to. I tend to use headphones more than speakers
so a really good pair is essential and my Sonys definitely fit the bill. If
there's something better out there I don't yet know what it is. Expensive
yes, but well worth it in my opinion.
